Client Overview
Trusted Only is a curated vendor provision system designed for real estate professionals across the United States.
The Challenge
Before the integration of an optimized platform, the client had fragmented and disorganized vendor information. It made it difficult to manage and provide a curated list of vendors for the client.
- Agents were bound to manually research vendors with complex categories, including the type of vendor, contact details, verified status and their location.
- There was no standardized vendor verification process to check authentic, licensed, and currently servicing vendors.
- Agents had no way to differentiate in categories based on demographic information, service type and authenticity.
- There was no portal to create and manage vendor lists.
The Solution
To solve these challenges, we developed a customized and interactive vendor listing system for Trusted Only.
- Built a centralized platform where verified vendor information could be uploaded, categorized, and managed in an organized way.
- Organize scattered vendor data into the system’s database. We integrated a PostgreSQL database for data storage.
- Built a structured logging and onboarding framework representing the broker-agent hierarchy.
- Design both a desktop web application and a mobile app version.
- Enable agents to search and filter vendors by category, location, verification status, and affiliation, with profile details and role-based access visibility.
- Integrate Stripe for recurring payments and subscription solutions.
The Results
The newly built platform transformed Trusted Only’s vendor recommendation procedure from legacy patterns to a centralized digital ecosystem.
- 100% full digitization from scattered PDFs and emails into a digital directory.
- Every vendor detail now covers verified status eliminating dependency on unvetted referrals.
- 100% cross-platform as agents can now access the customized platform in both desktop and mobile versions.
- Remote access of the platform from any place and share the data in real-time.
- A cloud-based storage backup, enabling the platform to scale seamlessly as the network grows.
