About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong .NET background to manage international client projects from start to finish. You’ll be the main link between clients and our development teams, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, gathering requirements and turning them into clear deliverables.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and sprint plans, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and business analysts.

Full-Stack .NET Vue Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to help modernize our lending platform, migrating a large legacy application to a modern .NET 10, Vue 3, and AWS architecture. You’ll build secure, scalable, multi-tenant services for loan management and payments, working in a collaborative team with trunk-based delivery and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services using ASP.NET Core (.NET 10), Minimal APIs, Vertical Slice Architecture, and CQRS.

  • Develop data-heavy frontends with Vue 3, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, including grids and charts.
  • Build reliable background, scheduled, and batch services using queue/outbox-based and event-driven patterns.

  • Integrate third-party providers (payments, identity verification, messaging) with proper retries and error handling.

  • Design database schemas and optimize queries on SQL Server and PostgreSQL for production-scale data.

  • Reverse-engineer legacy code (WebForms, XML-mapped ORM, stored procedures) and re-implement business rules accurately on the new stack.

  • Write unit and integration tests, take part in code reviews, and follow established architecture and documentation.

  • Use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) with a human in the loop, reviewing and validating all output.

Requirements

  • Strong ASP.NET Core experience, including mediator patterns (e.g. MediatR), pipeline behaviors, modular routing (e.g. Carter), and FluentValidation.

  • Solid async/await skills with no blocking on async code.
  • EF Core with both SQL Server and PostgreSQL, strong SQL, indexing, and reading execution plans.

  • A scale-aware mindset: avoiding N+1 queries, unbounded memory loads, and un-paged processing.

  • Strong Vue 3 (Composition API) with Vite, Pinia, vue-router, and vue-i18n; experience with AG Grid, AG Charts, or ApexCharts.

  • Hands-on AWS experience: hosting (managed and containers), S3, secrets management, queues, caching, logging/metrics, and KMS.

  • Secure coding practices (OWASP), careful handling of PII and financial data, and safe secrets management.

  • Experience with multi-tenant, stateless systems, feature flags, server-side permissions, structured logging, and search engine integration.

  • Understanding of lending concepts (loan lifecycle, amortization, payment posting, ACH/NACHA) or the ability to learn them quickly.

  • Strong Git skills with clean history and disciplined pull-request reviews.

  • Clear communication, discipline about scope, and a compliance-aware mindset.

  • Availability for occasional off-hours deployments (about once or twice a month).

  • Direct experience in loan management, consumer lending, or fintech.

  • Experience with additional payment / messaging rails — e.g. debit-card processing and SMS (and other provider-based messaging) integrations.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines, Docker).

  • Experience with a managed GenAI platform (e.g. AWS Bedrock).

  • Reporting / BI experience (e.g. PostgreSQL-based reporting, report-viewer tooling).

  • Prior experience modernizing or migrating a large legacy application to a modern service-based architecture.
